Free shipping across India. COD available. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery.

At DZANT, we ship all orders from our warehouse in Ludhiana, Punjab. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

All orders include FREE shipping — no minimum order required. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available Pan-India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when you receive the order. Available across India.
  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps.
  • Debit/Credit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express.
  • Net Banking — All major Indian banks supported.
  • Wallets — Paytm, Amazon Pay, and other supported wallets.
🔒 All online payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

⚠️ We do not ship on Sundays and national holidays. Orders placed during these days will be dispatched on the next business day.

Need to change your order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes (size, color, address).

Once the order is dispatched, modifications are not possible. You can, however, use our 7-day return policy after receiving the order.

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order is returned to our warehouse.

For COD orders: If the order is returned due to non-availability, we may reach out to reschedule. For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated.

📞 Make sure your phone number is correct so the delivery partner can reach you. Keep your phone reachable on the expected delivery date.

Currently, DZANT ships only within India. We are working on expanding to international markets soon. Stay tuned!
