Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay/Shopify Payments.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available across India on all orders. You can pay in cash when the delivery partner arrives at your door. No minimum order is required for COD.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number to check the real-time status.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can request order cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order enters the processing stage. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 95014-98151 for urgent changes.
Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) usually receive orders in 3–5 days. Remote areas may take 7–10 days.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum order amount required. We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post.

Do you deliver outside India?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon! Follow us on Instagram @dzant.in for updates.
Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Read our full Returns & Refund Policy.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply message us on WhatsApp at +91 95014-98151 with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a reverse pickup within 24–48 hours. You can also email us at info@dzant.com.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, we'll process a bank transfer.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a detailed size chart. You can also visit our Size Guide page for measurements across all collections. If you're still unsure, WhatsApp us your height, weight, and chest size — we'll recommend the perfect fit!

What's the difference between Cotton and Knitted T-shirts?

Cotton Polo T-shirts are lightweight, breathable, and perfect for daily wear in warm weather. Knitted Polo T-shirts have a textured weave that gives a more premium, structured look — ideal for smart-casual and semi-formal occasions. Read our detailed blog comparison.

Will the colors fade after washing?

No. We use reactive dyes and fabric-lock technology that keeps colors vibrant even after 50+ washes. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying for the best results. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Are your products true to size?

Yes, all DZANT products are true to size and follow standard Indian sizing. Our knitted polos have a slim-fit cut, while cotton polos are regular fit. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements in inches.
